Students of the Kyrgyz Republic visited the school, where studied current Prime Minister of Malaysia Najib Tun Razak

From January 14 - January 21, 2016 the Embassy of Kyrgyz Republic to Malaysia organized trip for the winners of the essay competition among students of the seven regions of the Kyrgyz Republic and cities Bishkek and Osh. During a trip to Malaysia students visited the capital city of Kuala Lumpur and the exotic island Langkawi.

Recall that from November 17 to December 17, 2015 the Embassy of Kyrgyz Republic to Malaysia together with leading media of the Kyrgyz Republic held a competition for the best essay for school children in Kyrgyzstan. Under the project, the children had to write an essay on the topic: "I want my Kyrgyzstan prospered." The aim of this competition was the educate students a sense of patriotism, inspiration, education and expanding their horizons. So, from more than 1,000 contestants won 9 children aged 12 to 15 years. The winners were accompanied by 9 representatives of Kyrgyz media.

During the tour, the guests made a excursion to the school named St. Johns in Kuala Lumpur. The school is famous for its 112-year history, and its graduates, one of which is the current Prime Minister of Malaysia Najib Tun Razak.

At the end of the trip, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Malaysia H.E. Mr. Kylychbek Sultanov presented to all the winners of the essay competition diplomas and to the media representatives of the Kyrgyz Republic letters of appreciation for their assistance in this contest.
